Palcut is strengthening its international customer development with the appointment of Henrik Korsbo
Henrik Korsbo will build up relationships with the major global key accounts in, inter alia, the food and beverage industry, which is the primary purchaser of the company’s solutions for fully-automated palletising. He will also eventually be working on developing sales directed at other industries.
Henrik Korsbo has 25 years of experience in international sales, business development and management, primarily within the food industry. He comes from Vifu, the Danish Knowledge Centre for Food Innovation in Holstebro, where he held the post of project manager. Previously he was at Tholstrup Cheese for a number of years, where he had leadership and sales responsibilities for a number of countries, focusing on sales to retailers and large supermarket chains in Europe and overseas markets. Later, he became export manager at Premier Is in Thisted, responsible for exporting ice cream and mousses primarily to northern Europe, and responsible for business development, including individual customer solutions for strategic partners in Denmark and internationally. Earlier in his career, from 1986 to 1988, he was an export assistant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Royal Danish Consulate in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Henrik Korsbo gained an Academy Profession business qualification from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College in 1984. Since then, he has supplemented this with project management training and a “Certificat Pratique de Français Commercial et Économique” from the Paris Île-de-France Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
