Palcut Base Dispenser
With our Palcut Base Dispenser you ensure precise placements of base sheets every time. The base dispenser automatically applies base sheets to your pallets as they pass the line on the way to palletising. The system increases capacity in the palletising process, as the bottom sheet is already on the pallet. Therefore, there is no need for a pick-and-place system – the paper is applied in-line without process stoppage. The Base Dispenser requires little space and is developed to be compatible with all types of pallets.

When you use anti-slip paper as a base sheet, you reduce the pressure of the load and strengthen both the capacity and stability. It does not take much before the stretch foil loses its grip on the pallet when there is no base sheet: If you have a load that slips and the stretch foil comes off the pallet, then there is no longer contact between the products and the pallet, which can result in it tipping over or collapsing.
If you add a base sheet, it creates friction that allows for better contact. You will also be able to prevent unevenness from boxes placed with one side in one of the pallet’s grooves.

Adding an extra trolley to the sheet dispenser allows you to change reels of paper quickly and easily on the sheet dispenser to save time.
The empty roll sensor helps you monitor the amount of paper left on the reel. It can be configurated through either external output signals or visual lighting.
